I dreamed upon a mount
Of a temple built neither by blood nor by man
But with a Peaceful one who shares a vision.
Of common folk in the  likeness of a sparrow
Leaving their homes in search of a refuge
And flying to My sanctuary, to find holiness and
Communion, that washes, flowing in blessing
Standing in the entry to behold all that I can give

From the cup that runneth over.
as time goes by
The deer runs to its sorrow
So run to the Savior
Precious Name
Hope of earth and Joy of heaven.
As Jesus reflects  over the scene, He remembers the sparrow, us, and His promise to care for them,  David could not build a temple because he shed too much blood, so he was given a plan to pass on to his son.  Joseph's brother, Benjamin's cup represents blessings of being reclaimed by Jesus and His forgiving power.
Sadly, Cain's offering of fruit only ended  like the flight of a deer when chased by a hunter.!  But our sanctuary is found by daily coming to the Promise
, .

2 cups entire wheat flour (ground fine)
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons of purest olive oil
9 tablespoons cold water

Add the salt to the oil in a round bowl, and pour in the water in a very slow stream, beating constantly with a silver fork until thick and white ( a temporary emulsion). Pour onto the flour all at once, and mix lightly into a dough. Turn out on a floured board and knead, folding it over and over to inclose air, and pounding it with a wooden mallet ( a wooden potato masher is excellent) until quite elastic, which takes about 5 or 6 minutes. Roll out to the thickness of pie crust, mark with a dull knife into 3/4-inch squares, lay in a baking pan, and bake in a medium slow oven. Avoid browning it, except a slight tinge, as browning gives it a strong flavor.
